We accept returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise (with the original labels and hangtags) purchased online for a full refund within 14 days of original purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Please note that we reserve the right to decline a return should we believe there are any signs of wear and will return the items to you at your expense.

All items purchased with a discount code during a promotion can only be refunded as a store credit.
Shipping and duty fees are non-refundable and return shipping and duty costs are to be paid by the customer.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
