PLEASE NOTE: due to the peak/holiday season, shipments may have slower delivery times than normal. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping to Canada:

We offer standard and express shipping within Canada.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times can be viewed at checkout.

FREE shipping is available when you purchase an entire ensemble (i.e., sweater and skirt).

Duties:

Our items are shipped from within Canada, so you will not have to pay duties.

Shipping to the US:

We offer standard and express shipping to the US.

FREE shipping is available when you purchase an entire ensemble (i.e., sweater and skirt).

Duties:

Duties, if charged upon the shipment's arrival in the US, will be covered/paid for by us if the order value is below $150 USD.

International Shipping: 

We offer standard (7-10 business days) flat rate shipping to international destinations.

FREE shipping is available when you purchase an entire ensemble (i.e., sweater and skirt).

Duties: 

International orders may be charged duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. All duties and taxes must be paid by the customer in order to clear the package. Refusing to pay the charges will result in your package being discarded by the courier. Ensemble–icious Apparels will not refund or replace any orders in these circumstances. 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is delivered by the courier with proof of delivery and you did not receive your package, then a complaint must be filed with the courier. Please contact us at info@ensembleicious.com for more information.
