Refund policy

We accept returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise (with the original labels and hangtags) purchased online for a full refund within 14 days of original purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Please note that we reserve the right to decline a return should we believe there are any signs of wear and will return the items to you at your expense.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exceptions: Sale items and gift cards are considered final sale and non-refundable.

All items purchased with a discount code during a promotion can only be refunded as a store credit.

Shipping and duty fees are non-refundable and return shipping and duty costs are to be paid by the customer. Please note that Ensemble–icious is not responsible for lost returns.
